My partner and I were moving in together and decided it was the perfect time to add a new edition to our fur children. I was already the proud owner of a four year old ragdoll named Albus and thought it was time to get him a friend.My partner had never owned a cat of his own and was very excited to visit to the Gold Coast Rehoming Centre.
We looked at so many cats and kittens before arriving at the very last cage. Inside playing was a little ginger kitten named Mango. We fell in love so home he came. We drove home with him all tucked in my jumper, because the carrier was a bit scary!After Mango had settled in we also gave him a new name, Weasley.
Ever since, Weasley and Albus have gone from strength to strength. It took a while for Albus to warm up, but it was love at first sight for Weasley. Now they are the best of buds, even if Albus rules the roost!
We are so glad we found this little guy (rapidly growing very large!). He was just what we all needed and completes our little family. 😉 For now!
