Learn more about Rosie
Meet Rosie, a sweet and gentle girl who is adjusting beautifully after some early challenges with socialization. While she was initially a bit fearful upon arriving at the shelter, she is now bonding well with staff and becoming more confident each day.
Rosie will do best in a home where she’s included as part of the family and enjoys both indoor and outdoor time. She may be a little unsure when settling in, so her new owner will need to be patient and allow her time to adjust without overwhelming her.
Rosie would be happiest in a home with older children, and any kids should meet her during the adoption process to ensure she’s comfortable with them. She has lived with other Fox Terriers and met a male Chihuahua at the shelter, where she was social and playful. She would likely do well with another small dog in the home.
If you’re looking for a patient and loving companion who just needs time to settle in, Rosie could be the perfect addition to your family!

Please Note:
Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal's profile.
This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn't been marked as 'adopted', the animal is still here.
Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
