Meet Washington! This distinguished gentleman hasn't had the greatest start to life but he thinks that's all about to change. He's had enough of being on the streets; all he's looking for is a comfy home indoors where it's warm and peaceful. He enjoys stretching out, especially on big soft blankets, and is excited to have a home where he can laze about for the rest of his days. While he does often prefer for handling to be on his terms, he will always be up for a chin scratch or two. Washington isn't keen on sharing the spotlight with other kitties and would much prefer a home where he can have his humans all to himself. He promises it'll be worth it. While he does have a condition called FIV, don't let that deter you. Many cats with FIV may never show signs or symptoms and, with proper care, can live for many happy years.
