Learn more about Charlie

Meet Charlie. Charlie is a boisterous 4 year 2 month 2-month-old female Siberian Husky looking for her forever home. Charlie is a lovely dog that walks well on the lead who is relaxed and likes to playfully bound around and play with the staff and volunteers here at ALWQ. Charlie has a grand voice and will have chat at times (mostly at unfamiliar people) but is a real people dog who is known to have conversations with staff here whilst cleaning and maintaining their bedroom. Charlie loves to be patted all over but does require some frequent brushing due to her thick and luscious coat. Charlie is currently a little curvy and on weight watchers to help lose some of those unwanted kilograms to get her summer body ready to go for the hotter weather.

While I’m awaiting my forever home, I’m being fed Savour Life, who are generous partners of AWLQ!

PLEASE DONATE.

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.

This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn’t been marked as ‘adopted’, the animal is still here.

Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
